A : We implement a three-tier quality control system: First, all goods are sourced exclusively from reputable, large-scale steel mills, and original Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) are provided with every shipment. Second, prior to shipment, our in-house quality inspectors conduct on-site spot checks to verify dimensions, surface finish, weight, and other key parameters. Third, upon the client's request, we can arrange for independent third-party agencies—such as SGS or BV—to conduct comprehensive pre-shipment inspections. Should any material discrepancies or serious quality defects arise due to our fault, we will be responsible for returns, replacements, or negotiating appropriate compensation.
